We are not responsible for the use that our clients will make of the websites they contract us to provide. However we will respond to requests to remove offensive material, or to cease servicing a website which promotes any such material.

SUSPENSION

If you violate our Terms of Service, or go against any of the policies set out, or if we decide your website is not suitable, or for any other reason within the bounds of common sense and so on, we reserve the right to suspend your website, or your hosting indefinitely. We may also decide that a refund is in order if you are a website operator.

We will allow you to appeal for up to 30 days before we perform any refunds or permamently delete your website. We will contact you immediately ingame or out of game if we suspend your website.

We will also cooperate with CCP Games. and it's representatives in the removal/cancellation of service for any hosted website we provide that encourages or takes part in violation of CCP's EULA, or such sites that promote other adverts/websites that could potentially damage player's clients, and so on. However, we apply common sense to all cooperation and will contact you beforehand.

TERMS OF SERVICE ALTERATIONS

We reserve the right to alter the terms of service in order to accomodate additional situations not covered within the province of our original terms, however if such a situation arises we will arbitrate using the set of terms of service standing at the start of the situation.

1. Site Content

We do not allow any domain registered with us or webspace we provide to be used to promote or engage in any illegal activity or any activity that would incur penalties or censure by CCP or any legitimate authority. This includes but is not limited to; automated bot software used 'ingame', pornographic material, spamming activities, illegal software downloads, botnet software or keylogging.

2. Site Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor the website activities to ensure compliance with section 1 above. No information from these monitoring processes will be provided to any third party and will remain entirely confidential. No activities we perform in this monitoring will affect the performance of your website.

3. Indemnity

We will not be held responsible or in any way culpable for the activities you promote within the webspace provided. We act solely as a hosting provider and have no control over activities that may lead to 'ingame' fraud or other situations where game players may feel they have been defrauded or have lost ISK, so long as these activities remain within the boundaries of game play as set out by CCP.

4. Termination/Suspension of agreement

If we detect any activity we deem injurious to our legitimate business concerns we will suspend and/or terminate this agreement dependant upon the severity of the behaviour or failure to comply with any of the preceeding sections.

5. Money Back Guarantees

All money back guarantees apply to hosting fee's only. Deposits are non-refundable as are payments made for domain registration once this process has been initated.
