How long until my account is activated?

Your account will be activated as soon as we receive your sign up form, and confirm that the ISK has been transferred, usually about 24-48 hours depending on the domain name type (e.g. .com or .co.uk). Plus if you already have a domain it may take 24-48 for a change in DNS to propogate. If you require additional services such as Joomla or a Forum/Killboard setup this may add 24 hours.

You will be notified in-game and via email when your account has been activated. All passwords and access methods will be notified to you via email.

We would conservatively estimate most setups would take no more than 48 hours from purchase to activation.

Can I buy my own domain and use it with your hosting?

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own domain name and use it with our hosting services. All you have to do is change the nameservers of the domain name to point to our servers.

The process of changing your domain to our DNS (Domain Name Server) will usually take around 24 hours. There is also a time to propogate this change throughout the various DNS control servers around the world so although it may transferred in the UK it may take a little longer to propogate to the USA and to be fully accessible worldwide.

What is a subdomain?

A subdomain is an address that looks like this: yourName.eve-corporation.co.uk. 1 subdomain is included free of charge with all hositng plans.

How do I pay?

All plans have an monthly ISK fee with an alternative and annual fee of ISK. The procedure that we use is similar to the procedure used to purchase Game Time Codes. You send us an eve-mail in-game stating that you are purchasing x Months of hosting from us at xxx ISK per month. Then you will transfer that ISK with the comment in the same format to 'Keil Sonter' in-game. Once we confirm yor application and confirm the transfer of ISK your account will be activated and you will notified via eve-mail and email.

Follow up mail will supply all account access methods and passwords. You are advised to change passwords as soon as you access your new site. If you need us to provide maintenance services of some kind we will need access to your site.

What plans do you offer?

We currently have 4 different plans that fit the needs of just about everybody. However if you do not see a plan that fits your needs, please eve-mail or convo 'Keil Sonter'. You can also contact us out-of-game using our 'contact us' page.

Do I have to purchase your installation services in order to use PHPNuke, SMF, etc. ?

No. You are free to use the space you purchase as you wish (within the terms of the TOS, of course). Therefore, you are not required to pay for us to install it. The services we offer as additional items are aimed at those who do not know how or do not wish to install the applications.

Isn't the use of ISK to buy Out-of-Game services against the TOS?

No. The purchase of services is similar to the purchase of Game Time Codes.

11. The advertisement or sale of out of game goods and services not directly related to EVE online is prohibited. The only out of game goods and services which can be advertised or sold are the following: EVE forum signature creation, website and third party voice communication server hosting or EVE Time Codes.
